Abstract: Abstract: Objective To explore the change of CD4 + IL-10 + regulatory T cells and cytokine in atopic dermatitis. Methods The direct immunofluorescence assay was used to detect CD4+ IL-10 +Tcell by flow cytometry. ELISA was used to assay IL-10 and TGF-βin peripheral blood. Results The absolute count of CD4 + IL-10 + T cells is 0.26 + 0.126×109 / L, and the percentage is 12.76 + 4.85% in AD patients . They are higher than in control group(0.016 + 0.007×109 / L; 3.27 + 1.03%). There ere statistically significant (p < 0.05). The peripheral blood IL-10 concentration in AD patients is 126.59+ 59.46 pg/ml, higher than normal control group (31.47 +10.96 pg/ml) (p < 0.05). The peripheral blood TGF-βconcentration in AD patients is 407.23 + 155.88 pg/ml, higher than normal control group (359.47 + 99.21 pg/ml) (p > 0.05). There are statistically positive correlation between absolute and percentage of CD4 + IL-10 + T cell and IL-10 concentration (r = 0.47, r = 0.65, p < 0.05). Whereas There are no statistically correlation between absolute and percentage of CD4 + IL-10 + T cell and TGF-βconcentration (r = 0.15, r = 0.21, p > 0.05). Conclusion IL-10 is the main functional f actor of Trl. It can involved in immune adjustment by cutting inflammation process mediated by Thl and Th2 cell.
