Abstract: Abstract Objective: To the observation of clinical curative effects of physical therapy in the diabetic nephropathy patients and the preliminary discussion the effective mechanism. Methods: The Ⅲ period of diabetic nephropathy patients have 80 cases, and randomly divided into treated group and control group，observed the change of index level about UAER、ASAA、IL-6、TNF-α after treatment 15 days. Results: After treatment, UAER of the diabetic nephropathy patients is significantly lower than before treatment (P < 0.05); the level of ASAA、IL-6、TNF-αare also obviously lower than before treatment (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The physical therapy is effective to cure the diabetic nephropathy Patients, and the improvement of the kidney, may be caused by reducing the inflammation state.
