Abstract: [Abstract] Objective To establish reference range of reticulocyte counts in healthy adults of Tianjin by Sysmex XT-2000i hematology analyzer. Methods 6 parameters of reticulocyte were evaluated on 102 healthy adults(52men&50women) by Sysmex XT-2000i hematology analyzer and the normal reference range were determined by statistic analysis. Results RET%: male is 0.888±0.247,famale is 0.850±0.277,there is no significant difference between each group(P>0.05),unite reference range of RET% is 0.34-1.40.RET#(×1012/L):male is 0.04396±0.01243,famale is 0.03836±0.01295,there is significant difference between each group(P<0.05),reference range of male is 0.0161-0.0658,famale is 0.0125-0.0643.LFR%:male is 98.86±0.85,famale is 96.16±0.87,there is no significant difference between each group(P>0.05),unite reference range of LFR% is 97.3-100.MFR%:male is 0.66±0.64,famale is 0.46±0.62,there is no significant difference between each group(P>0.05),unite reference range of MFR% is 0-1.82.HFR%:male is 0.48±0.59,famale is 0.48±0.59,there is no significant difference between each group(P>0.05),unite reference range of HFR% is 0-1.5.IRF%:male is 1.14±0.85,famale is 0.84±0.87,there is no significant difference between each group(P>0.05),unite reference range of IRF% is 0-2.7. Conclusion There are differences between reference range of reticulocyte parameters with sex,analyzer,area and so on. Reference range of reticulocyte parameters should be established according to laboratory itself analyzer.
