Abstract: [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the bone contact of immediate implant after the mandibular non-vascularized bone graft by the examination of the SPECT/CT fusion imaging and histology . Method Six local healthy crossbred dogs were choosed as the experimental animals. The opration of bone rectangular cutting was performed to one side of the mandibular of the experimental animals under general anesthesia. The non-vascularized iliac bone was grafed to repair the jaw defect. 3 dental implants were planted the graft bone and the control side at the same time. All the experimental animal were killed at 12 weeks after the exmanation of the SPECT/CT fusion imaging, and ground section of bone with dental implant was performed to access the histology in the implant-bone interface, bone-implant contact ratio and mineralized bone area of 18 implnts. Result All dental imlant-bone interface healed well. There was no statistical significance in the difference in the radioactivecounting of the region of interest, the CT value, the bone-implant contact ratio and mineralized bone area of immediate dental implant in the mandibular which was the non-vascularized bone graft or the normal mandibular. Conclusion Immediate implant after the mandibular non-vascularized bone graft is high feasible. The ground section of bone with dental implant and the SPECT/CT fusion imaging showed important value in the analysis of the successful ratio of the imlant.
