Abstract: Abstract Objective: to explore small doses of hydrogen peroxide pretreatment can reduce high calcium induced cytochrome c release, thus inhibiting mPTP open. Method: separation of rat liver mitochondria, the detection of different concentrations of Ca2 + to stimulate free mitochondrial Cyt c, Smac release quantity; Detection of different dose of H2O2 intervention Cyt c release quantity. Results: a small dose of H2O2 preconditioning reduces calcium overload induced Cyt c release. Conclusion: small dose of H2O2 preconditioning reduces formation and open, the mPTP induced by calcium overload through inhibiting mitochondrial permeability transition myocardial protection effect into full play.
