Abstract: Abstract Objective: To examine the effect of compounds YD383 and YD439 on the expression of CD23 induced by IL-4 in BJAB cells. Methods: The BJAB cells of exponential growing were treated with YD383 or YD439 in different dose for 30 minutes. Then cells were incubated with IL-4 (20ng/ml) for 3 h. Cells were collected and mixed with PE-lableled CD23 antibody. The expression of CD23 in different conditions was detected by Flow Cytometry. Results: The expression of CD23 induced by IL-4 in BJAB cells were significantly inhibited by YD383 and YD439 in a dose dependent manner （P<0.05） Conclusion: YD383 and YD439 can inhibit the expression of CD23 induced by IL-4 in BJAB cells. The expression of CD23 decreased in time-dependent manner.
