Abstract: Abstract Objective:Use the collagen gel droplet culture drug-sensitivity to assess its inhibition rate of different gastric cancer cell lines. Methods:Three gastric cancer cell lines with SGC7901 BGC823 MGC803 established dispensing drug sensitivity test, each cell line were set up with five of six chemotherapy drug concentration gradient measured the sensitivity of cancer cells. Results:Six chemotherapy drug in the standard concentration of human gastric mucous adenocarcinoma cell line MGC-803 inhibition rates were 58.68、63.85、57.60、28.09、23.18、40.18,poorly differentiated human gastric adenocarcinoma cell line BGC-823 inhibition rates were 59.09、61.26、56.30、33.21、33.26、41.20, differentiated adenocarcinoma of the stomach cell line SGC-7901 were 61.25、69.76、60.78、35.00、30.08、58.80。Conclusion :CD-DST dispensing sensitivity test is a better drug susceptibility testing method, it is useful in vitro anticancer drug screening and individualized treatment practical application.
