Abstract: Abstract Objective：To observe the clinical usage of matrix metalloproteinase-9 and lipoprotein associated-phospholipaseA2 in acute brain infarction.Methods：146 acute brain infarction patients,50 non-infarction patients,and 50 heathy persons were observed. The 2 indexes in sera were examed and analysed. The dynamic changes on the day of administration and 5、10、15、20 days after treatment were compared.Conclusion：The 2 indexes and their dynamic changes can help the diagnosis and the evaluation of severity and infarction area.
