Abstract: Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of serum leptin and BMI in COPD patients during malnutrition cured by powder ShenLingBaiShu. Methods In a 6-month clinical program,78 COPD patients was divided into 2 groups randomly,in the clinic group with the powder ShenLingBaiShu and in the control group.Before and after the investigation,all of the patients were tested with diagnosis serum leptin and BMI. Results After 6-month therapy,it is considered that the clinic group’s resulted function on the COPD patients’ diagnosis, serum leptin and BMI,all have prominence improvement than the control group. Conclusion Powder ShenLingBai- Shu could improve the COPD patients’ serum leptin and BMI level and improve quality of life.
