摘要： 双膦酸盐和地诺单抗作为骨保护剂，在乳腺癌骨转移的治疗、早期乳腺癌辅助治疗等方面具有良好的临床疗效，但药物选择和用药具体方案等均不明确。本文旨在从双膦酸盐、地诺单抗的作用机制、乳腺癌骨转移的治疗以及早期乳腺癌辅助治疗等方面对2种药物的最新研究进展进行综述。

Abstract: At present, bisphosphonates and dinozumab, as bone protectors, have good clinical effects on bone metastasis of breast cancer and adjuvant treatment of early breast cancer, but the drug selection, drug regimen and other aspects need to be further explored. This article aims to review the latest research progress of the mechanism of bisphosphonates and dinozumab for the treatment of bone metastasis of breast cancer and the adjuvant therapy of early breast cancer.
