摘要: 肾病综合征是儿童常见的肾脏疾病,目前其发病机制尚未完全阐明。近年来基因芯片技术日渐成熟,广泛应用于多个领域。应用基因芯片技术可以从基因水平分析肾病综合征的致病机制和药物治疗的作用靶点。本文重点介绍基因芯片技术在肾病综合征中的应用现状及前景。

Abstract: Nephrotic syndrome is a common kidney disease in childhood. Its pathogenesis has not been fully elucidat⁃ ed. In recent years, gene chip is maturing and widely used in many fields. Its application in nephrotic syndrome could pro⁃ vide important information of its pathogenesis and treatment target at gene level. This article reveiwed the current application of the gene chip technology and its prospects in the nephrotic syndrome.
