儿童心外科手术预防性应用抗菌药物的临床研究

摘要: 摘要 目的:探讨实施院内规范化围手术期预防用药的可行性和效果,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:选择心外科Ⅰ类切口择期手术病例,以2008年1-12月住院患者120例作为方案组,按规范方案用药,以2007年1-12月住院患者117例作为对照组,按习惯方法用药,进行抗菌药物应用时机、术后疗程、术后感染率、平均住院日等方面统计比较。结果:两组术后感染率、术后体温变化、平均住院时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组抗菌药物用药时机、术后平均用药疗程差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:在院内制定和实施规范化的围手术期预防用药方案的做法切实可行,可作为心外科手术抗菌药物预防用药的选择。同时可促进临床合理用药,从而降低医疗费用,从根本上提高医疗服务质量。 关键词 心外科手术 抗菌药物 预防用药 儿童

Abstract: Abstract Objective:Explore the implementation of standardized hospital perioperative period to prevent the feasibility and effectiveness of drugs for clinical rational drug use for reference. Methods:categories to choose surgical incision heart surgery cases in 2008to 120 cases of patients January to December as the program group, Use the medicine according to the norm project, 2007 to January-December as 117 cases of patients in the comparison group, according to the habits Drug method, timing of application of antibacterial drugs, Postoperative course of treatment,Postoperative infection rate, The average hospital stay on in areas such as statistical comparison. Results: Postoperative infection rate of the two groups, after changes in body temperature, The average hospital stay time was no significant difference (P> 0.05). Two groups of anti-bacterial drug administration time, the average after drug treatment significantly (P <0.05).Conclusion:ospital in the development and implementation of standardized perioperative drug prevention program is feasible, can be used as cardiac surgery antibiotics to prevent drug choice. At the same time facilitate the clinical rational drug use, thereby reducing the cost of health care, fundamentally improve the quality of medical services.
