补充叶酸和复合维生素B降低脑卒中患者复发的研究?

摘要: 摘要 目的:探讨叶酸和复合维生素B(VitB)对血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与脑卒中的作用。方法:采用酶联免疫法检测134例脑卒中患者的血浆Hcy水平,随机分为叶酸和复合VitB干预组和常规治疗组各67例,观察干预效果。 结果:补充叶酸和复合VitB后,干预组血浆Hcy下降水平明显低于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P=0.029);干预组脑卒中患者复发率低于常规治疗组(P=0.02)。结论:血浆Hcy升高是脑卒中患者的重要危险因素,补充叶酸和复合VitB可降低血浆Hcy水平,对预防和治疗脑卒中具有重要意义。

Abstract: Abstract Objective: To study the effect of folic acid and compound vitamin B on plasma homocysteine level and stroke. Methods: Enzymatic cycling assay was used to measure the plasma homocysteine levels in 134 patients with stroke. By screening, patients were randomly sub-divided into folic acid and compound vitamin B intervention group (n=67) and conventional treatment (n=67) group to observe the effect of intervention. Results: The plasma homocysteine level of intervention group reduced significantly (P=0.029). Recurrence rate of intervention group was significantly lower than that of the conventional treatment group (P=0.02). Conclusion: Increasing level of plasma homocysteine is a significant risk factor of stroke. Adding folic acid and compoun vitamin B can reduce the level of plasma homocysteine and play a key role in prevention and treatment of stroke.
