封闭负压吸引技术对电烧伤创面间生态组织保护作用的临床观察

Clinical effect of preserving the parabiosis tissue of electrical burn wounds with Vacuum sealing drainage

摘要: 目的 观察封闭负压吸引技术(VSD)用于保护电烧伤创面间生态组织的作用。方法 应用封闭负压吸引技术治疗电烧伤患者30例共42处电烧伤创面,其中37处经早期清创后直接应用VSD治疗,待肉芽组织生长后游离植皮修复或行扩创缝合术;5处于早期清创行游离植皮修复后应用VSD治疗。结果 42处创面应用VSD治疗后,37处直接应用VSD治疗的创面肉芽组织生长良好,二期手术后完全愈合;5处植皮后应用VSD治疗的创面,皮片成活良好,创面均完全愈合。结论 在清创后应用VSD治疗电烧伤创面,可有效保留间生态组织,促进皮片成活,有利于电烧伤创面的修复与治疗。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the use of Vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) to preserve the parabiosis tissue of electrical burn wounds. Methods: We treated 30 clinical patients with a total of 42 electrical burn wounds with VSD, included 37 wounds use VSD directly after the surgical debridement; 5 wounds use VSD after surgical debridement and skin grafts. Result: Amount to 42 wounds were treated with VSD in this series, The skin grafts survived well and the wounds were completely healed. Discussion: Application of VSD in the treatment of post-debridement electrical burn wounds is conducive to the repair of these wounds. It can be an effective method to preserve the parabiosis tissue, promote skin grafts survived.
