MMP-9和Ki67在胰腺癌中表达的意义

Relationship between Expression of MMP-9 and Ki67 in Pancreatic Cancer

摘要： 目的 探讨胰腺癌中基质金属蛋白酶 （MMP） -9与Ki67表达的相关性及其临床意义。方法 采用S-P免疫组化染色技术， 检测100例胰腺癌中MMP-9及Ki67的表达情况， 分析其表达水平与年龄、 肿瘤大小、 淋巴结转移、 TNM分期、 分化程度及术后生存时间的相关性。结果 100例胰腺癌中， MMP-9高表达46例 （46%）， Ki67高表达53例（53%）， 且淋巴结有转移、 TNM分期级别高、 病理分化程度低患者的MMP-9和Ki67的表达高于无淋巴结转移、TNM分期级别低和病理分化程度高的患者 （P＜0.05）， 不同年龄、 肿瘤直径间MMP-9和Ki67的表达差异无统计学意义。MMP-9与Ki67表达呈正相关 （rs=0.405， P＜0.05）。生存结局与年龄、 淋巴结转移、 病理分化程度、 MMP-9表达相关， 与肿瘤大小、 局部浸润及Ki67表达无关。结论 MMP-9与Ki67表达在胰腺癌的侵袭中起协同作用。MMP-9表达对于判断预后和指导治疗具有一定的临床价值。

Abstract: Abstract Objective：This study was designed to investigate the expression of MMP-9 and Ki67 in pancreatic cancer （PC）．Methods：The expression of MMP-9 and Ki67 were detected by S-P immunohistochemical methods in 100 PC patients．Results：The survival rate in patients was correlated MMP-9 and Ki67 expressions(P<0．005)．MMP-9 expressions were correlated with TNM staging and lymph node metastasis in PC (P<0．025, P<0．025)．Ki67 expressions were correlated with TNM staging, lymph node metastasis, the degree of differentiation in PC (P<0．025, P<0．005, P<0．005)． Conclusion：Combined detection of expression of MMP-9 and Ki67 in PC may have practical value in prognosis of the PC patients．
