改良猪脑死亡模型的建立

Establishment of Modified Brain Death Model in Pig

摘要: 目的 建立一种稳定、可靠的猪脑死亡模型,为研究脑死亡过程中脑功能、器官移植免疫等提供一个更加符合生理的动物模型。方法 以经典的硬膜外颅内加压法为基础,在长白猪颅内置入Codman有创颅内压监测探头,在实时监测颅内压变化情况下建立脑死亡模型。 结果 12例实验用长白猪,1头死于麻醉意外,余11头均成功诱导脑死亡模型,成功率达100%,经有效呼吸循环支持可维持脑死亡模型31.3±4.7h。经颅多普勒、脑电图、心电、平均动脉压等监测显示,脑死亡模型制作过程稳定、结果可靠。结论 在颅内压监测条件下建立猪脑死亡动脉模型的方法稳定可靠,易于标准化。

Abstract: Objective To establish a stable and reliable brain death model in swine, and to provide a more physiological way to investigate brain function, transplantation immunology during brain death. Methods On the basis of classic method of increasing epidural intracranial pressure, Codman intracranial pressure monitoring probes were implanted in landrace pigs invasively, the brain death models were established under real-time monitoring of the intracranial pressure. Results 12 experimental landrace pigs, one died of anesthetic accident, 11 were successfully induced model of brain death, the success rate was 100%. With effective respiratory and circulatory support the brain death models can maintain 31.3 ± 4.7h. Transcranial Doppler, EEG, ECG, mean arterial blood pressure and other monitoring shows that brain death model-making process is stable and reliable. Conclusion This method of inducing brain death model (under ICP monitoring) is stable and easy to be standardized.
