重视腰椎间盘突出症的病理分型， 选择合适的治疗方法

摘要： 腰椎间盘突出是描述形态学的术语， 具有不同的病理变化、 发病机制和临床特点。笔者提出新的病理分型分为损伤疝出型、 退变突出型、 椎体后缘骨软骨病伴椎间盘突出、 椎间盘囊肿 4 种类型。应根据病理变化选择合适的治疗措施和手术方式。

Abstract: Lumbar intervertebrae disc protrusion is a term for the description of morphology, with different pathological changes, pathogenesis and clinical characteristics. We propose a new pathologoical classification including damage-herniation, degeneration-protrusion, posterior vertebral osteochondrosis with disc protrusion, and disc cyst. The appropriate treatment including surgical option should be selected according to pathological changes.
