摘要： 脂肪瘤性血管外皮细胞瘤（LHPC）是一种罕见的软组织肿瘤， 生长缓慢， 好发于深部软组织， 其经典形态学特点是圆形至梭形的未分化细胞围绕薄壁分支状血管生长。 本文通过回顾性分析 1 例 LHPC 的临床病理特征， 以期加强对 LHPC 的认识。

关键词: 血管外皮细胞瘤, 脂肪瘤样病, 孤立性纤维瘤, 少见病, 病例报告

Abstract: Lipoma of hemangiopericytomas (LHPC) is one ofrare soft-tissue tumors that grow slowly and occur in deep soft tissues. The classical histological morphology of LHPC is circularor spindle undifferentiated tumor cells that grow surrounding the thin-walled branching blood vessels. The clinical and pathological features of one patient with LHPC are retrospective analyzed to strengthen the understanding of LHPC.
