淡漠起病的低钠血症并发脑梗死一例报告

摘要： 低钠血症（血清钠＜135 mmol/L）是临床最常见的电解质紊乱之一，常继发于多种疾病，其临床表现常缺乏特异性，严重者可引起脑水肿，出现神经、精神症状，同时研究发现低钠血症与骨折之间也存在相关性。本文总结 1例低钠血症并发脑梗死、骨折病例。

Abstract: Hyponatremia (serum sodium < 135 mmol/L) is one of the most common electrolyte disorders in the clinic, which is often secondary to a variety of diseases. Its clinical manifestations are lack of specificity, and severe cases can cause brain edema, neurological and psychiatric symptoms. There was also a correlation between hyponatremia and fracture. This paper summarizes a case of hyponatremia complicated with cerebral infarction and fracture.
