摘要： 摘要：以高钙血症表现为首发症状的急性B淋巴细胞白血病临床罕见，本文报道1例以高钙血症为首发表现且 合并高尿酸血症，经骨髓穿刺等检查确诊为急性B淋巴细胞白血病，旨在提高临床对该病并发症的认识。

Abstract: Abstract: Acute B-lymphocytic leukemia with hypercalcemia as the first symptom is clinically rare. This article reported a case of B-lymphocytic leukemia with hypercalcemia as the first manifestation and combined with hyperuricemia, and the patient was finally diagnosed by bone marrow puncture and other tests. The purpose of this article is to improve the clinical understanding of the complications of this disease.
