摘要: 心肌缺血再灌注损伤的发病机制复杂。高迁移率族蛋白1(high mobility group box-1,HMGB1)在心肌缺血再灌注损伤中扮演重要角色,参与炎症反应、细胞凋亡和自噬等过程,成为防治心肌缺血再灌注损伤的潜在干预靶点。本文就HMGB1在心肌缺血再灌注损伤中的作用机制作一综述。

Abstract: The pathogenesis of myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury is complex. Recent studies have shown that high mobility group box-1 (HMGB1) plays an important role in myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury and is involved in inflammatory response, apoptosis, autophagy and other processes, which has become a potential intervention target for prevention and treatment of myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury. Therefore, this paper reviews the mechanism of HMGB1 in myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury.
