胃腺癌幽门螺杆菌感染与HIF-1α和iNOS表达的关系

The association between HIF-1α and iNOS expression and Helicobacter pylori infection in gastric adenocarcinoma

摘要: 摘要 目的: 研究HIF-1α和iNOS在幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori, Hp) 感染的胃腺癌组织中的表达。方法: 收集临床病理资料完整的胃腺癌病历198例,胃炎病例98例,分为萎缩性胃炎组和非萎缩性胃炎组,均应用C14呼气试验证实Hp的感染,采用免疫组织化学法检测HIF-1α和iNOS的蛋白表达。结果: 胃腺癌组Hp感染阳性率明显高于萎缩性胃炎组和非萎缩性胃炎组,分别为69.70%、59.62%和47.83%,HIF-1α和iNOS在胃腺癌组中的阳性表达率显著高于萎缩性胃炎组和非萎缩性胃炎组(P<0.05),Hp+阳性胃腺癌组的HIF-1α和iNOS表达的阳性率高于Hp-组。结论:Hp可能通过促进HIF-1α和iNOS的表达来参与胃腺癌的发生。

Abstract: Abstract Objective: To investigate the expression of HIF-1α and iNOS in Helicobacter pylori (Hp) -positively gastric adenocarcinoma (GAC). Methods: we collected 198 paraffin-embedded human GAC samples which have detailed follow-up and clinicopathologic data , meanwhile the 98 gastritis samples were collected as control group which divided into atrophic gastritis group and non-atrophic gastritis group.All of them have been accepted as c14 breath test to identify Hp infectious atatus. Using immunohistochemical staining to detect the expression of HIF-1a and iNOS. Results: Hp-positive infection was most frequently in GAC group than that of atrophic gastritis group and non- atrophic gastritis group (69.70%、59.62%和47.83%). The more positive expression of HIF-1a and iNOS can be seen in GAC group than that of atrophic gastritis group and non-atrophic gastritis group(P<0.05). The positive expression of HIF-1a and iNOS were higher in Hp+ GAC than in Hp- GAC.Conclusion: The carcinogenesis of Hp might be through the pathway of HIF-1a and iNOS.
