A case report of Stevens-Johnson syndrome induced by ceftizoxime

Abstract: Abstract: Stevens-Johnson syndrome is an acute bullous lesion involving skin and mucous membrane, usually caused by infection or drugs. The mortality rate can be as high as 10%. In this article, one case of Stevens-Johnson syndrome caused by ceftizoxime was reported, the diagnosis and treatment of the patient were reviewed, and the relevant literatures were analyzed to improve the understanding of the disease.
