A case report of anal fistula secondary to gangrene pyoderma with ulcerative colitis

Abstract: Anal fistula secondary to gangrenous pyoderma (PG) with ulcerative colitis (UC) is rare, and its related treatments are rarely reported. This article reports a case of anal fistula caused by gangrenous pyoderma with ulcerative colitis. The continuous application of hormone combined immunosuppression was ineffective. The symptoms were improved after using biological agents.
