Abstract: Abstract:【objective】Investigate the Presentation and Clinical Significance of CyclinD1 in Endometriosis of Ovary. 【Methods】 Apply immunohistochemistry (s-p) method to detect the presentation of CyclinD1 in 43 tissues of endometriosis of ovary and 27 tissues of normal endometrium. 【Results】CyclinD1 in endometriosis of ovary is clearly higher than that in normal endimetrium with statistical significance (P<0.05). The high expression of CyclineD1 in endometriosis of ovary is not clearly related to dysmenorrheal, abnormal menstruation and barren, but is clearly related to the sizes of cysts，the depths of ectopia intima imbibition and the imbibition condition of pelvic cavity. Their relation has statistical significance.(P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 CyclinD1 is closely related to the development of endometriosis of ovary.
