Abstract: Abstract: Objective To explore the relationship between high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hsCRP) and Microalbuminuria(mALB) in patients within 24 hours with essential hypertention. Methods According to the WTO criteria, 103 patients were diagnosed to hypertention. Hypertension stage Ⅰ(n=37)、Hypertension stageⅡ(n=34)、Hypertension stageⅢ(n=32) and 35 healthy subjects as control. hsCRP and mALB within 24 hrs were determined. Results Compared to the control, Cr within 24hrs of Hypertension stageⅡand Hypertension stageⅢ increased (P<0.01),hsCRP and mALB within 24 hrs of Hypertension stageⅠ,Hypertension stageⅡand Hypertension stageⅢ increased (P<0.01). which is correlated to the high blood pressure level. (P<0.01). Conclusions hsCRP and mALB within 24 hrs all increased in different hypertensive stage. The kidney damage of hypertension is related to the hsCRP and mALB within 24 hrs
