Abstract: 【Abstract】 Objective : To observe the relativity of microalbuminuria (MAU)of youth abdominal obesity , biochemical index and Hemorheology. Method: Participants were categorized into three groups which were abdominal obese group, general obese and health volunteer, MAU, biochemical index and hemorheology were examined in the same standard. Result : The average value of MAU、TG、CHOL、UA、ALT、BUN、CRE、GLU、hemorheology index are obviously heightened, as far as abnormal rate three group(abdominal obese group , general obese group and health volunteer group) were compared ,there is obvious difference (P<0.01). Conclusion : There is abnormal index in different degree in MAU, biochemical index and hemorheology, there is obvious difference in abnormal rate (P<0.01)and MAU are positively related with abnormal index rate of hemorheology.
