Abstract: [Abstract] Torsades de pointes (TdP) is a malignant arrhythmia, mostly secondary to the use of certain drugs. Recent studies have suggested that it is important antifungal agents can induce TdP. The mechanism including the inhibition of myocardial hERG potassium channel of cardiac repolarization, as well as the inhibition of cytochrome P450 and so on. It also closely related with the individual factors.
