Abstract: The summary to analyge the endoscopic characteristic and diagnostic point increase the positive rate of Endoscopy witht PGMIl., provide some materials for the clinical treatment . Method. The clinical materials of 67 cases with PGIML from 2000-2005 were retrospectively studied.. Result Primary gastrointestinal lymphoma has no peculiar charicters in the clinical performance.The number of performance are abdomainal pain、 malaena、 Abdominal mass.The incidence of PGIML was highest in stomach, seen in 37 of 67 patients(55.8%).Nodularity of mucosal surface was the most common endoscopic finding..The positive rate of endoscopic biopsy for the diagnosis of PGIML was 68.7%(46/67 biopsy cases)。.All cases were non-Hodgkin’s l ymphoid tissue (NHL). The most common immune phenotype was B-cell lineage that is 50cases. 30 cases were MALT. Conclusions It is hard to diagnose PGIML in early stage. The effectiveness of surgery on treating PGIML should be further confined by profound prospective randomized trials.
