Abstract: Objective：To study the anti-apoptosis and the expression of Bcl-xl/s in postconditioning. Methods: Healthy adult male wistar rats were divided into three groups. (1) Sham group, (2) I/R group, (3) PostC group，TUNEL staining was used to analysis myocardial apoptosis index; Immunohistochemisty was used to detect proteinum.The expression of Bcl-xl mRNA and Bcl-xs mRNA was determined by Real-time PCR. Results:Compared with I/R group,the cardiomyocyte apoptotic index decreased in PostC group, the expression of Bcl-xl protein increased, the expression of Bcl-xl mRNA increased,while the expression of Bcl-xs protein decreased, the expression of Bcl-xs mRNA decreased in PostC group. Conclusion: PostC can significantly decrease apoptosis, Bcl-xl、Bcl-xs mRNA and protein involved in the ischemia-reperfusion-induced myocardial apoptosis.
