Abstract: 【Abstract】Objective: To study the effect and reliability of Duloxetine in the treatment of Depression with chronic pain. Methods: 60 cases of depressive disorders with pain were treated by Duloxetine for 8 weeks,at the same time，their emotion state,change of life quality,adverse effect,the remission of pain with HAMD、HAMA、WHOQOL、TESS、VAS and laboratory tests were evaluated.Results: After 8 weeks,patients’ scores of depression 、anxiety and pain decreased significantly from the baseline(p<0.01).Three domains of life quality (physiology，psychoLogy and independence) became much better than those of baseline(p<0.05). Conclusion: Duloxetine can reduce the depression、anxiety and pain ,improve the patients’ quality of Iife.
