Abstract

Abstract: Objective: To investigate efficacy，safety，and feasibility of the two laparoscopic renal cyst decortications. Methods: From August 2009 to June 2011，the clinical data of 127 cases received laparoscopic renal cyst decortication were analyzed retrospectively．Results: Except for one case converting into open surgery,all operations were successfully performed. Conclusion: LESS group had a bit longer operative time. There were advantages in the hospital days and complications, etc.
