Abstract: 【 Abstract 】 Objective To study the treatment of the viscera abortion in compatibility of premarin 、 mifepristone and misoprostol use in order to improve the success rate of miscarriage, reduce the role of the bleeding. Method 76 cases were randomly divided into application viscera abortion which only used mifepristone and misoprostol get medicine flow (control group) and prepared with premarin medicine flow (the observation group), two groups of patients medicine flow success rate, blood loss, etc are compared. Result The observation group operation flow rate, traditional medicine with reduced blood loss was better than control. Conclusion the compatibility with mifepristone influences misoprostol treatment can speed up the natural emptying viscera miscarriage embryo organization and shorten the time abortion completely after miscarriage bleeding time.
