Abstract: 【Abstract】Objective: To study the diagnostic value of susceptibility weighted imaging(SWI)in the cerebral microhemorrhage with DAI,To compare the sensitivity to detect microhemorrhage between T2* and SWI sequence. Methods: Twenty cases with cerebral microhemorrhage of DAI underwent T2* and SWI sequence. Results: Twenty cases of microhemorrhage DAI,the lesions showed that the veins show ratings on SWI were 2.8,2.8;T2 * for the 2.0,2.3; T2 for 2.2,0; T1 as 1.7,0. SWI respectively with T2 *, T2, T1 rating results, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). All lesions bleeding SWI sequences were obtained clearly showed that the SWI to detect an average of 76 ± 52 of the mixed low signal intensity, while in T2 *-weighted imaging, compared with 21 ± 19. (P <0.01, paired t test)Concusion: SWI was superior to the conventional T2* for cerebral microhemorrhage with DAI. 【Key word】 susceptibility-weighted imaging, diffuse axonal injury, microhemorrhage
