Abstract: Integrated Treatment of 88 cases of peptic ulcer Abstract Objective: To observe the effect of Yuyang soup joint omeprazole, amoxicillin, bismuth pectin tablets in the treatment of peptic ulcer therapy. Methods: 176 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, 2 groups were treatment with omeprazole, amoxicillin and colloidal bismuth pectin tablets in the treatment group while taking medicine Yuyang soup. Group 2 are treated 7 days to a course of treatment after 2 courses to evaluate the clinical efficacy. Results: The cure, the treatment group was 75.00%, total effective rate was 93.18%; control group, the cure rate was 51.14%, total effective rate was 71.59%. 2 group cure rate, the total effective significant difference compared (P<0.05). Group 2 Hp negative rate after treatment, there were significant differences (P<0. 05). Abdominal pain, heartburn, nausea, acid regurgitation, belching and other symptom scores significantly lower than before treatment, 2 groups showed no significant difference before treatment (P>0.05); treatment group compared with group 2 were significantly different (P<0.05); treatment group compared before and after the two groups were significantly different (P<0.05). Group 2 compared with non-reaction set was no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion: Chinese Yuyang soup plus omeprazole, amoxicillin and colloidal bismuth pectin tablets in treatment of peptic ulcer significant improvement of clinical symptoms can be better, and adverse reactions.
