The Compare of L-type Calcium Current in Ventricular Myocytes between Healthy and Diabetic Rabbits

Abstract: Objective: To compare L-type calcium current in ventricular myocytes between heathy and diabetic Rabbits with patch clamp.Method:To make the diabetes model with tetraoxypyrimidine,There were 4 groups:nomal control group,nomal ischemia/reperfusion group,diabetes control group and diabetes ischemia/reperfusion group.To record the current at basic state and after ischemia/reperfusion.Result:There were statistic significant differences of ischemia/reperfusion(p<0.01) and time(p<0.01),and not of diabetes.There were not interaction between ischemia/reperfusion ,diabetes and time,except between ischemia/reperfusion and time(p<0.01).The slope rate of diabetes group was less than that of nomal on Time-Density line.Conclusion:Diabetes didn’t make significant differences in ICa,L,but minify the attenuation degree after ischemia/reperfusion ,wich might provide some clue for the effect of diabetes on ischemia preconditioning.
