Abstract: The Clinical Analysis of Intra-arterial Thrombolysis and Embolectomy with Stent vs IntravenousThrombolysis to cure Acute Posterior Circulation Infarction Wang Liang,Shi Wan-chao, Su Zhi-guo,Huai Peng,Liu Xiao-zhi,Liu Zhen-lin. (Tianjin 5th center hospital,300450) Abstract: Objective: The clinical analysis of Intra-arterial thrombolysis and embolectomy with stent vs intravenous thrombolysis to cure Acute posterior circulation infarction Methods: To analysis the 23 Intra-arterial thrombolysis and embolectomy with stent and 22 intravenous thrombolysis of Acute posterior circulation infarction from 2009.6 to 2012.6. Results: the average score of NIHSS is 15.66±5.22 of intravenous thrombolysis of Acute posterior circulation infarction. the average score of NIHSS is 15.66±5.22 of Intra-arterial thrombolysis and embolectomy with stent of Acute posterior circulation infarction.there is no statistic meaning. The score of mRS in the group of intravenous thrombolysis after 90 days between 0~1 has 6 cases and 2~6 has 16 cases. The score of mRS in the group of Intra-arterial thrombolysis and embolectomy with stent after 90 days between 0~1 has 14 cases and 2~6 has 9 cases. The results of Intra-arterial thrombolysis and embolectomy with stent are better than intravenous thrombolysis to cure Acute posterior circulation infarction(P<0.05). Conculation: To treat Acute posterior circulation infarction, there are better results in Intra-arterial thrombolysis and embolectomy with stent than intravenous thrombolysis.

Key words: Intra-arterial thrombolysis, intravenous thrombolysis, Stent, Acute posterior circulation infarction
