Abstract: Objective To evaluate the clinical usefulness of implant-retained overdenture with magnetic attachment on maxilla. Methods Selected 14 patients treated by implant-retained overdenture with magnetic attachment in our hospital, the masticatory efficiency of implant-retained overdenture with magnetic attachment were determinated and compared at different periods. The patient’s satisfaction were investigated 3 month afte restoration. Results The patient’s masticatory efficiency and satisfaction of implant-retained overdenture with magnetic attachment were improved distinctly（p<0.05）.Conclusions The clinical effects of implant-retained overdenture with magnetic attachment are very well.
