Abstract: [Abstract] Objective: Observation of methylprednisolone combined with montelukast sodium in treatment of capillary bronchitis curative effect.Methods: 56 cases of infants with bronchiolitis were randomly divided into two groups, 28 cases in each group, the control group was given conventional treatment, the treatment group was treated with routine therapy plus methylprednisolone intravenous, oral montelukast sodium.Results: the treatment group total effective rate 92.9%, significantly higher than that of control group 67.9 ﹪.Group therapy in relieving asthma, dyspnea, wheezing and moist rale decreasing time was better than the control group.Conclusion: methylprednisolone combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of bronchiolitis effect is good, can be used as bronchiolitis is a safe, effective treatment scheme.
