Methods: BRG group include 258 cases of BRG and control group include 1749 cases of mucosal inflammation without bile reflux in children.Underwent a comparative analysis of Helicobacter pylori infection rate on the two groups. According to disease classification in BRG, the 258 cases were divided into three groups and underwent a comparative analysis of Helicobacter pylori infection rate. According to different reflux indexing in BRG, the 258 cases were divided into three groups and underwent a comparative analysis of Helicobacter pylori infection rate. Results: Compared to control group, the infection rate of BRG group were higher. The infection rate of three groups according to different disease classification was not statistically significant. The infection rate of three groups according to reflux indexing was statistically significant. Conclusions: Helicobacter pylori infection is one of the causative factors leading BRG in children. And Helicobacter pylori infection increased the degree of bile refluxing.
