Abstract: Abstract:Objective To study the hypercoagulation state in nephrotic syndrome of pregnancy . Methods Coagulation and hemorrheology indexes were tested and analyzed contrastivly between 63 patients of nephrotic syndrome of pregnancy and 201 patients of severe pre-eclampsia. Results Compared with patients of severe pre-eclampsia,prothrombin time(PT)and activated partialthromboplastin time(APTT)were longer,D-dimer (D-D)and fibrinogen (FIB)were lower and antithrombin Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ) increased, and blood viscosity(ηb)、plasma specific viscosity (ηp)、whole blood reduced viscosity (ηr)、hematocrit (HCT)、erythrocyte aggregation index (VAI)and thrombosis index(TFL)increased, erythrocyte deformability index(DI) decreased in patients of nephrotic syndrome of pregnancy. The differents were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The hypercoagulation state of nephrotic syndrome of pregnancy was more severer than commonly pre-eclampsia.
