Abstract: To explore the application of psycho-cardiology medical mode in patients with clinical heart failture complicated depressive disorder. Methods:Hospitalized patients with clinical heart failture were assessed with PHQ-9 health questionnaire. A total 100 cases with depressive disorder were selected and randomly divided into routine trentment group(n=50,received routine medication) and intervention group (n=50,receive intervention of psycho-cardiology medical mode based on routine medication). Tests were done after three months and changes of scors of the two groups before and after therepy were statistically analyzed. Results :Compared with routine treatment group, total scores of PHQ-9 significantly decreased in intervention group (p<0.01)。Conclusion: Psycho-cardiology medical mode can treat chronic heart faiture and solve psychological problems of patients and conducive to comprehensive rehabilitation of patients.
