摘要: 摘要:CD4+ T细胞接受抗原的刺激后能够分化为多种辅助性T细胞(Th细胞)和调节性T细胞(Treg),是人体免 疫系统重要的组成部分。随着对再生障碍性贫血和CD4+ T细胞研究的不断深入,发现CD4+ T细胞各亚群平衡失衡、 功能亢进及细胞因子的异常活化造成的骨髓损伤是诱导再生障碍性贫血发病的重要原因。因此,研究CD4+ T细胞 各个亚群的细胞分化调节,分析CD4+ T细胞在再生障碍性贫血中的作用机制,可为再生障碍性贫血患者细胞亚群平 衡的恢复提供治疗思路。本文拟从CD4+ T细胞、相关细胞因子等方面阐述CD4+ T细胞免疫异常对再障机制及治疗 的影响。

Abstract: Abstract: CD4+ T cells can differentiate into a variety of auxiliary T cells (Th cells) and regulatory T cells (Treg) after the stimulation of antigen, which is an important part of human immune system. With the further study of aplastic anemia and CD4+ T cells, it is found that the imbalance of CD4+ T cell subsets, hyperfunction and bone marrow injury caused by abnormal activation of cytokines are important causes of the pathogenesis of aplastic anemia. Therefore, the study of cell differentiation and regulation of CD4+ T cells and the analysis of the mechanism of CD4+ T cells in aplastic anemia can provide therapeutic ideas for the recovery of cell subpopulation balance in patients with aplastic anemia. In this paper, the effects of CD4+ T cell immune abnormalities on the mechanism and treatment of aplastic anemia were discussed from the aspects of CD4+ T cells and related cytokines.
