摘要: 超声微泡因具有微创性、高安全性、实时动态显像的优势,已被广泛应用于临床造影中,可为心脏疾病的 诊断提供有价值的信息。随着分子研究的发展,超声微泡的靶向成像、基因治疗已在动物实验中被深入研究,这为 心脏疾病未来的诊治提供了新方向。本文就超声微泡在心脏疾病诊治中的应用进展作一综述。

Abstract: Ultrasound microbubbles have been widely used in contrast echocardiography because of their advantages of non-invasion, high-safety, and real-time dynamic imaging, providing valuable information for the diagnosis of heart diseases. With the development of molecular research,targeted imaging and gene therapy of ultrasound microbubbles have been deeply studied in animal experiments, which provides a new direction for the future diagnosis and treatment of cardiac diseases. This paper reviews the application of ultrasound microbubbles in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac diseases.
