新型冠状病毒肺炎危重型合并肥胖症患者一例

摘要： 摘要：新型冠状病毒肺炎（COVID-19）危重型病死率高，其中多为老年、伴基础病及肥胖者。本文报告1例COVID-19危重型合并肥胖症患者的成功治愈过程，并介绍了有效的呼吸和循环支持过程，以期为COVID-19危重型合并肥胖患者的治疗提供参考。

Abstract: Abstract: The novel coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19) has a high critical fatality rate, most of patients are the elderly, and with underlying diseases or obesity. This article reports a successful treatment of a severe COVID-19 patient with obesity, and describes an effective respiratory and circulatory support process, in order to provide the reference for the treatment of obese patients with severe COVID-19.
