E2F3和AR在前列腺癌组织中的表达及意义

Expression of E2F3 and AR in Prostate Cancer and Its Significance

摘要: 目的:检测E2F3、AR在前列腺组织中的表达水平,分析二者表达与前列腺癌病理分级和临床分期的关系。方法:利用免疫组织化学方法检测50例前列腺癌组织、50例良性前列腺增生组织中E2F3、AR蛋白的表达;采用SPSS13.0进行统计学处理。结果: E2F3在良性前列腺增生组织、前列腺癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为20%(2/10)及66%(33/50)。前列腺癌组织中E2F3表达水平高于良性前列腺增生组织(P<0.05),且在前列腺癌组织中的表达与肿瘤临床分期(P<0.001)、病理分级(P<0.02)呈正相关。AR在良性前列腺增生、前列腺癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为90%(9/10)及82%(41/50)。前列腺癌组织中AR表达水平低于良性前列腺增生组织(P<0.05),且在前列腺癌组织中的表达与肿瘤临床分期(P<0.0004)、病理分级(P<0.0005)呈负相关。E2F3在前列腺癌组织中的表达与AR在前列腺癌组织中的表达无显著的相关(rs=-0.017,P>0.05)。结论: E2F3在前列腺癌的发生、发展中起着重要作用。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the expression level of E2F3、AR in prostate cancer(PCa) and discuss their significance in carcinogenesis and progression of PCa, as well as their relationship with the clinical stage and pathologic grade and their correlation with each other. Methods: The expression of E2F3、AR was detected by immunohistochemistry (IHC) in tissues from 50 cases of prostate cancer and 50 cases benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) , The relationship with the clinical stage and pathologic grade and their correlation with each other by was analyzed by SPSS 13.0.Results:1.The rate of positive E2F3 for BPH and prostate cancer was 20%(2/10)and 66%(33/50) respectively. The expression level of E2F3 in prostate cancer was higher than that in BPH(P<0.0001),and it was related positively with clinical stage(P<0.001)and pathological grade(P<0.020) in prostate cancer. 2. The rate of positive AR for BPH and prostate cancer was 90 %(9/10) and 82%(42/50) respectively. The expression level of AR in prostate cancer was low than BPH(P<0.0001),and it was related negatively with clinical stage (P<0.0004) and pathological grade(P<0.0005) in prostate cancer.3. The expression level of E2F3 in PCa was uncorrelated with AR expression(rs=-0.017,P>0.05). Conclusion: E2F3 may play an important role in the onset and progression of prostate cancer by the cell cycle pathway.E2F3 can promote prostatic cell proliferation.
