复方麝香注射液治疗儿童病毒性脑炎的疗效观察

摘要：

【摘要】 目的 观察复方麝香注射液辅助治疗儿童病毒性脑炎的疗效和安全性。 方法 将 113 例病毒性脑炎患儿随机分为治疗组 60例和对照组 53 例。 对照组给予抗病毒、抗感染、退热、止惊、镇静、降颅压、改善脑细胞代谢、维持能量及水、电解质平衡等常规治疗， 并应用阿昔洛韦 5.0 μg/（kg· 次）静脉滴注； 治疗组则在对照组治疗基础上加用复方麝香注射液 0.5 mL/kg静脉滴注， 1 次/d，； 2组均连续治疗 7~10 d。 观察并比较 2组患儿的临床表现、治疗效果及不良反应。 结果 治疗后， 治疗组总有效率高于对照组（96.67% vs 71.70%,χ2=13.727， P< 0.01）。 治疗组发热、头痛、呕吐、惊厥、脑膜刺激症和意识障碍消失的时间较对照组缩短(P< 0.05 或 P< 0.01)。 治疗过程中 2组均未发生与药物相关的不良事件。 结论 复方麝香注射液辅助治疗儿童病毒性脑炎安全有效。

Abstract: Objective   To investigate the efficacy and safety of compound musk injection on viral encephalitis in children . Methods   113 cases with viral encephalitis in children were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (53 cases) were treated by conventional therapy and the treatment group (60 cases) were treated with compound musk injection of 0.5mL/kg, intravenous infusion, daily 1 in addition to the conventional therapy. A course of teatment of both groups were 7 days. Results  The efficiency of the treatment group and the control group were 96.67% and 71.70%. The difference was highly statistically significant (P<0.01). As for the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and syndromes, the treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.01 or P<0.05). The adverse incident relevant to drugs in two groups was no occurred at the course of therapy. Conclusion   The effect of compound musk injection on viral encephalitis in children is good and safe.
