Abstract: Abstract Objective:To explore the effect of cholecystolithotomy with gallbladder preserved by full laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy for patients with gallstone. Methods:The data of 45 patients receiving cholecystolithotomy with gallbladder preserved by full laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy from Jun 2008 to May 2009 were retrospectively analyzed. Results:All of these cases were performed successfully by full laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy . The average operative time was 65±18.5 min.The average postoperative hospital stay was 3.5 days. The complete removal of the stones was proved by choledochoscope and the incision on the gallbladder was closed by sutures by full laparoscopy. No peritoneal drainage was needed. There was no postoperative bile leakage. Conclusion:Compared with other surgical methods with gallbladder preserved, cholecystolithotomy by full laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy is an effective, safe and more micro-invasive method in treating gallstone while preserving the gallbladder function.
