Abstract: Objective To study the expression of her-2 in the breast cancer and its relationship with angiogenesis. Methods The expression of her-2 and MVD were detected in 98 cases of breast cancer and 56 cases of neighboring noncancerous tissue by the method of immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rates of her-2 in breast cancer was higher than that in the neighboring noncancerous tissue（P＜0.05)； the expression of her-2 was correlated with lymph node metastasis and the difference is significant （P＜0.05)；her-2 and MVD in poorly differentiated group was significantly higher than that in well-differentiated and moderate-differentiated group（P＜0.05); her-2 was positively correlated with tumor size; her-2 expression increased with increased TNM staging(P＜0.05).;CD105-MVD in her-2 positive tumors was significant higher than in her-2 negative tumors(P＜0.05). Conclusions The Experssion of her-2 in breast cancer are up regulated, her-2 plays an important role in incidence, development and angiogenesis of breast cancer
