Abstract: Objective:To analyse changes of metabolites in plasma of Male Hyperuricemia (HUA)patients by using metabonomics method. Method: The differences of metabolites between HUA group and health group were observed by NMR-based-metabonomics method, and the data was analyzed by principal components analysis (PCA) and orthogonal signal correction(OSC)-partial least squares (PLS) analysis. Results:Compared with health person ,HUA patients had a higher concentration of saturated fatty acid (SFA), N-Acetyl-Glucoprotein (Nac), VLDL,Lactate, threonine, ethanol and the concentration of lecithin, Glutamine, glucose is decreased. Conclusion: The differences between HUA group and health group can be observed by NMR-based-metabonomics method, which may contribute to the analysis of pathological mechanism and development of HUA disease, and it can also be used to analyze the relationship between HUA and Metabolic Syndrome(MS).
